Refund & Return Policy


Thank you for placing your trust in We value your business and we worked very hard to create a refund and return policy that is aligned with our purpose; providing accessible, affordable, high-quality medical and safety supplies available via online ordering with the fastest, most reliable shipping/cargo carriers globally.

Returns must be in their original, unused, and undamaged condition with all tags attached and all packaging included. The return period is 14 days from the delivery date. Products sent back after the return period or without original packaging and the security tag attached, will not be refunded. Our system prevents return authorization forms from being created past the returns window. Be advised that all returns have a 7 day shipping window from the day the RMA is assigned.

*Important Note: Late returns will not be accepted past their indicated returns period and no refund will be issued.

To complete your return, we require proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

If you are approved, then your refund or exchange will be processed. If your refund was approved a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.    

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank or credit card company. It may take up to 72 hours before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

If an item was purchased on sale and is being returned, only the sale price will be credited to your credit card or bank account.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
